Follow up after 3-6 months. This package will help in patients who were infected and need to resume work, to check for fitness.

Eligibility :

• Patient Symptomatic/Asymptomatic
• In contact with COVID-19 Patient

COVIF RT-PCR / Rapid Antigen Test can be added if patient is symptomatic and COVID test is not done. This package will help patients who have already been tested COVID Positive and need to decide whether they would need home isolation or Hospitalization.
