Inaugurated on 24th April 2013, the dept of radiation oncology is an accomplished center with highly trained clinical oncologists, radition physicists and therapists with an up to date knowledge in modern radiation techniques. The installation of a state of the art high end digital clinical linear acceleration with triple photon energies and six electron energies, and HDR brachytherapy help in the most precise and correct treatment. Advanced radiation techniques such as three dimensional radiation, intensity modulated radiation, image guided radiation, electron therapy, HDR brachytherapy are used to effectively treat all cancer related illnesses.
