The third-place recognition at CAHO tech conference 2024, IISC bangalore. A.J hospital and research centre was awarded for an innovative project paper that demonstrated the early adoption of a cutting-edge digital performance management system software, which significantly advanced performance monitoring, analytics, and overall efficiency in health care scenarios. This project presentation showcased not only the technical prowess of the team but also their strategic vision in developing a system that integrates advanced data analytics and performance tracking, setting new standards in digital performance management.

The awarded project detailed both the software’s development process, its impactful implementation and outcomes which enabled organization to optimize resource allocation, reduce operational bottlenecks, and achieve better performance outcomes. This digital performance management system allowed stakeholders for all essential agile and informed decision-making in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.
